Brevson Appraisal Co., Inc. was started in 1993 by Brad & Sharon Ferguson.
The primary purpose of the company is to
provide superior residential appraisals for home mortgages for sales and
refinances, relocations, PMI removal, home improvement and ad valorem tax
protest appraisals. We are a full service residential real estate appraisal
firm providing appraisals for single family residences, small residential 2-4
family income properties, condominiums, vacant land, employee relocation,
and FHA appraisals.
Since its inception, Brevson Appraisal Co. has made it a priority to provide
quality appraisals utilizing the latest technology. Utilization of current
digital and computer technology enables Brevson Appraisal Co. to provide
faster turn around and delivery of appraisal reports to numerous lenders.
Digital photography and up to date on-line flood mapping information are
some of the examples that enable Brevson Appraisal Co. to provide appraisal
reports to their clients in .pdf format. All appraisal reports are digitally
signed and secured with passwords. Attention to detail and strict quality
assurance guidelines has put Brevson Appraisal Co. at the forefront of the
residential appraisal industry.
Brad Ferguson, owner and president, has been appraising residential real
estate in the Houston Metropolitan Area since the mid 1980’s. Brad and his
staff stay
current with changing laws and policies regarding residential real estate
through continuing education and seminars dealing with issues regarding the
mortgage industry as it relates to the appraisal process. He is approved with
all major wholesale lenders across the nation, some of which he
provides review appraisals for.
